This garden room has a colonial door that opens onto the deck and garden. Facilities include a quality pillowtop single bed with 25 inch LCD TV and blackout drapes. This room is very small with shared bathroom facilities in the main house. Full cooking facilities are available in the extensively equipped main house shared kitchen / dining room including fridge space with milk, tea & coffee and there is a cozy TV lounge for guests to relax in.
Free unlimited Wi-Fi (ultrafast fibre connection) is available in all rooms.

Our latest upmarket accommodation : the Ponsonby Manor is a fully renovated guest house situated on trendy Ponsonby Road this is a victorian manor house that has been renovated to the highest standard. Originally built around 1865 it has many features of a past gone era including beautiful Victorian fire places, stained glass windows and amazing views to the city and harbour … and everything is brand new!
