The colonial door opens onto a private deck with table and chairs. A large room with a luxurious queen bed, 32 inch LCD TV, tea making facilities, medium sized fridge / freezer, fully tiled ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
We have installed a new air conditioning and heat pump system to cool the room in summer and heat in winter.
Full cooking facilities are available in the extensively equipped main house shared kitchen / dining room and there is a cozy TV lounge for guests to relax in. Free unlimited Wi-Fi (ultrafast fibre connection) is available in all rooms.

Our latest upmarket accommodation : the Ponsonby Manor is a fully renovated guest house situated on trendy Ponsonby Road this is a victorian manor house that has been renovated to the highest standard. Originally built around 1865 it has many features of a past gone era including beautiful Victorian fire places, stained glass windows and amazing views to the city and harbour … and everything is brand new!
Life at the Ponsonby Manor is very simple and easy. Daily cleaner, all electricity, water, and local telephone calls are inclusive in the weekly tariff.
